Can I cancel my session?

Sessions scheduled with Brenda Vizuet Photography may NOT be cancelled for any reason unless previously discussed with Brenda Vizuet Photography and given more than 24 hours notice.

*Same day cancellations will be flagged as "same day cancel" client and may not be able to re-book. NO EXCEPTIONS.

What if I need to reschedule our session?

Rescheduling requires more than a 48 hour notice, AND will only be allowed ONCE to be able to transfer your booking fee. Any changes in time/date afterwards WILL REQUIRE a new booking fee.

Am I able to get a refund?

Due to the nature of our services all payments made to Brenda Vizuet Photography are NON refundable for any reason.

What happens if I am late to our session?

Your time is valuable, as well as mine. PLEASE be on time to your session. If you arrive late it will result in possible loss of time to get the best images possible. Although I do not charge any late fees, if you are more than 10+ minutes late that is considered a "no show" in my books which results in automatic cancellation of your session. To reschedule, you will be required to pay the NON-refundable $50 booking fee again.

Can I extend our session on the day of?

Sessions may not be extended on the day of for any reason. To extend session a notice must be given 24 hours in advance. A fee of $50/hr will be charged.

What if I do not show up to our session?

IF you choose NOT to show up to your scheduled session with Brenda Vizuet Photography on the time and date scheduled, you will be flagged as a "no show" client, and I will not work with you in the future. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Do you do newborn photography?

Unfortunately we do not photograph newborns. We will only photograph children of sitting age and up, with the exception of a family member holding a newborn during family portraits.

Do you only take pictures in Wichita Falls, TX?

A travel fee of $0.65/per mile will be due upon arrival for all areas 25 miles outside of Wichita Falls, Texas.

What do we do if our session gets rained out/or the weather is not in our favor?

Any sessions affected by weather will be rescheduled at the discretion of Brenda Vizuet Photography.

What if I forget about our session?

Our appointment scheduler will send out reminder messages prior to your session. Due to the nature of our services we cannot be held responsible for any forgotten or missed sessions.

Will I have access to our proofs, if so how long?

You will have access to all your proofs after our session for viewing purposes only, up until your final images are sent out. Proofs are delivered with a copyrighted watermark across the center of each image. Proofs cannot be downloaded or altered for any reason. You may purchase extra images a la carte for $10/digital.

How far in advance should I book?

I would book as early as one to two months in advance, but no later than 2 weeks before desired date and time, to ensure availability on my calendar.

What is your turnaround time for photos?

Right now the turn around time for delivery of galleries is about 2 weeks. Time can vary up to 3-4 weeks during busy seasons like Senior season, and Fall/Spring. That is why it is recommended to book at least 1 month in advance. I always post current queues on my social media for updates. Queue is based on the order I take images and will be delivered in such order.


Unfortunately, due to storage availability, photo sessions are only kept on my hard drive for no more than 6 months. That is why I ask clients to save and back up their sessions as soon as galleries are delivered. Brenda Vizuet Photography will NOT be held responsible for any lost images.

Can I purchase a USB of all my pictures?

A USB Flash drive of all the pictures from your session (final edited images only) may be purchased for an additional $25.

Do I have to order prints through you?

All photos given to you by Brenda Vizuet Photography are digital only. You will be given a photo release form with the purchase of your session & will be able to print from any printing lab of your choice.
